David Hotson_Architect has been engaged by developer Alchemy Properties to visualize the extraordinary spatial potential of the Pinnacle Penthouse, situated at the summit of the 1914 Woolworth Building in Lower Manhattan. A preview of the penthouse design was unveiled today in the Mansion section of the Wall Street Journal .
