In order to exploit environmentally responsible principles and reinforce a more egalitarian office culture within the headquarters of an organic beauty products company, the model of the typical corporate office floor was inverted. Open workstations are arrayed around the perimeter, rather than clustered in the windowless interior and private offices, enclosed in translucent glass, form a ring around an interior core of sky lit circulation, meeting, and lounge spaces.
