The cover photo shows David Hotson's 12-year old son Ethan climbing the 45' tall riveted steel column which rises through the full four-story height of the penthouse Living Room. SkyHouse is the focus of the 'Outside Tribeca Loft Tour'…..
Sunday October 14th, 2012-- Our Lower Manhattan Penthouse -- a four-story penthouse on top of an early skyscraper in Lower Manhattan — was the exclusive focus of a special 'Outside Tribeca' Loft Tour organized to coincide with the annual Tribeca Loft Tour. Two-hundred visitors purchased tickets to tour the penthouse, with proceeds dedicated to the maintenance of Duane Park in Tribeca
